How to do Astavakrasana or the Eight Angle Pose

  I was asked by many people to do a video on how to do Astavakrasana or the eight angle pose however this is dedicated to Sally.  Thank you for all the loving support!

 I am not a yoga teacher however this is what I have learned and want to pass on to you.

That is so awesome!!! Arm balances are my nemesis but you've actually made this look doable. I will have to play around with this some more.

Like Christine said, arm balances aren't my favorite. I always think I'm going to land flat on my face! Thanks for the tips...working on it!
