My favorite pose is crow. Simply because I can (usually) do it.
My least favorite pose is wheel. My back is so inflexible that it is very difficult for me. I'm working on it though!

I have a love/hate relationship with inversions. I want to do them so badly but they frustrate me more than anything!

Anyway, I have three favorite poses:
Warrior - makes me feel strong and proud
Dancer's Pose - makes me feel graceful
Wheel - makes me feel experienced, I'm pretty good at it.
My favorite yoga pose is the tree pose !!! Although its simple I find it very relaxing & I find myself doing the pose even when I'm not in yoga class !! Hehe

My least favorite would have to be the king pigeon. I'm trying to work on the flexibility of my back. I am determined to master it !!! J
My favorite yoga pose is Handstand. It makes me feel like a little kid again. :-)
My least favorite post is Seated Forward Bend. My tight runner hamstrings combined with my long legs keep me from getting very far in. Luckily the tradition I follow (Viniyoga) encourages bending the knees to bring the focus of the stretch into the low back.

I used to be able to do half moon poses no problem--but boy did I struggle last night
I would love to be able to get the point of being able to do a handstand.
My least favorite pose right now is triangle because I am recovering from a back injury.

I like the triangle poses - they look the coolest.
My least favorite pose is camel pose. I get very dizzy and so I usually skip it :(
Favourite pose is Half Lord of the Fishes because I find it so gracious and feminine.. :)
I struggle with any balance posture and my upper back would need a lot more work. I'm a newbie :)
Pigeon and lizard are my absolute favorite poses
Hip openers are the death of me..my hips no matter what I do are so incredibly tight
I really enjoy Tree Pose as it challenges my balance.
My least favourite is Camel Pose as I get dizzy and it's hard on my back. I don't feel like I have any control in it. Something to work on I guess! ;)
I really need to work on my abs- two kids left me a bit saggy to say the least!
I really like a lot of yoga poses, but my favorite is the warrior series because I feel like it opens my hips.
As far as least favorite goes... probably balance poses and things like handstands. I don't think my wrists are strong enough for them.
