Packing for tomorrows train trip

Tomorrow morning I head out before the sun comes up to catch a train.
For now its packing and catching up on laundry so the hubby doesn't have to contend with that mess on top of watching the boys.
The planning of the trip is always less stress.  I love to plan and now am dubious about being away and out of my cozy little bubble.

Ten days.
Two bags.
Six trains.
Unknown amount of subway trains.
One five day coaching class.
Many new people.
Brainfuls of new information.
Twelve hours of racing.
Unknown hours spent walking in unknown cities.
One girl reminding herself that it will be a blast and totally worth it if only to reaffirm what I already know.

A friend posted a song for me on facebook.  Jack Johnson Breakdown.  Cool that my oldest spawn can play this on his ukulele.

you'll be great. tell you what - leave the cold weather racing gear at home (gloves, hat, neck gaiter etc) i got all that stuff and if it ends up being cold i can loan it to you. it will take up too much room in your bag.

Thought I'd share this with you because you are a strong, self confident woman athlete.

Not only is the campaign all wrong, the shoes are bad for them.
