My Aha moment link is up!

I was so very worried actually down right terrified that I would sound completely bonkers yet I sucked it up and went and hung out at the Aha Moment Airstream downtown Des Moines and answered so many barefoot running questions!! It was a fantastic experience that I am grateful for.  I did something new and put myself out there and was so pleased at how it turned out!!  Its funny how I perceive myself most days. I am my own worst critic and although I have made friends with myself in many ways I still have to watch my attitude.  I love those times when I think I am kinda cool!

Here is my Aha Moment that I recorded with the lovely folks that drove through Des Moines on their US tour.
I have been so fortunate in life to have had many AHA Moments but the barefoot one has led to so much opportunity and change.

Whats your AHA Moment??

And very interesting to see and hear when all in the past has been forum and blog posts.
You're a great barefoot spokes person :)

I loved your AHA moment. You definitely come across as cool - but sincere too - and that makes it awesome.

How awesome! I don't know if I have an exact aha moment I can recall, but I remember finishing my first ever race and thinking, this will be the first of many more to come. I was hooked.
