The perfect squat to lengthen Achilles, PF, and calves

  The wee fella makes it look so effortless!  Can you get your heels to touch yet still have your weight over the first metatarsal and big toe?  Eating a bowl of ice-cream?  Squat down.  Dropped something on the floor?  Squat down.
