Unfortunately I don't eat soy and the teas have soy lecithin in them.
I am sure that it is a small amount and I have also read that most people who have a soy intolerance can consume soy lecithin with no problems however I am not at a point to try it out soooooooo
Someone else should make good use of these lovely teas and tea pot.
I am a big fan of Celestial Seasonings (Sleepy Time is my all time fave!) I just can't have these particular teas.
This would make a splendid gift!

I love green tea. I'm starting to get into teavana's teas. A coworker likes to mix their teas...pretty tasty!!

The Celestial Seasonings plant is about 5 miles from my house (their free tour is fun if you are ever in the Boulder, CO area), so CS teas are popular here. Like so many, but old favorites are Sleepytime and Peppermint.
I drink tea daily and many times daily, love the warm feeling when working from home.

I like lemongrass tea
I like to get up in the morning and go outside to pick several leaves off my lemongrass plants. Then I leave them steep for awhile and then make two cups since my daughter always wants one.
